Something tasty bubbling in the World Kitchen

The week begins with great plans for another World Kitchen in Leith event…can’t say much at the moment but this time we’re working in collaboration with Multi-Cultural Family Base and Out of the Blue to hold a family event in the early spring.

So I’m just back from a meeting at Out of the Blue and it was really good to see the old team joining up with new members. Half of us hadn’t met each other before but in no time ideas were flying round the table. That’s the really heart-warming thing about the World Kitchen, somehow just talking about food creates a friendly atmosphere.

Now for some work – we’ve got to pull together some ideas for a multicultural menu before the next meeting in a couple of weeks time.  We’ll keep you posted.
